NPPI - CONFIDENTIALITY 

As a Notary Public, we at Blaine Notary Services understand the importance of NPPI or "non-public personal information" and ensuring that our clients are confident in our abilities to keep all their sensitive information away from unauthorized access. That is why we have measures in place to conform with these standards: 

• Initial screening for correct client information before engaging in sensitive loan packages and other documents, including e-binders and hard copies. 
• On site printing only. We never use third parties to access and print our documents. 
• E-files/binders are deleted from computer as soon as signings are respectively completed and Contracting Companies' policies are followed. 
• "Business is not personal" - which means we do not discuss our business, especially and including client information with anyone unauthorized to be privy to such information.
